At Carne Bollente, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the return form is included inside to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
